"That girl is going crazy. She's trying to hurt herself." One said and shuffled past.

She was denied a phone call to her parents, and when she asked a guard to speak to a lawyer, his only answer was silence. If she was handed over to the police, she'd be treated more decently. Though, she knew she would stay in Sarif's custody--corporations were more powerful than broken governments.
